You can load up to 12 photos on your page. You should use every available space.
The Property Listing Information page allows you to enter information about the price, the house number, street name, the city, county and state where the property is located.
You will also need to enter the information about what type of listing (Is it also a lease? Do you want to list in another MLS?), a detailed description of your property, the year it was built, the number of rooms, bathrooms, lot size, type of heating and cooling and on and on…
The flyer creator is easy to use and includes step by step instructions as well as several built in templates for you to use.
Please note: if you want to set up a flyer that looks cleaner (without the extra webpage information at the top, choose “Page Setup” from the “File” menu and change the “Headers” and “Footers” information to empty or blank.
Once completed your free webpage will begin appearing on public real estate sites (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc.).
