From February 6 to March 3rd, you can enjoy a classic story turned modern in Deep Ellum at Undermain Theatre for An Iliad. An Iliad is a modern-day retelling of Homer’s classic. Poetry and humor, the ancient tale of the Trojan War and the modern world collide in this captivating theatrical experience.

This Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, bring your yoga mat for a peaceful morning at Klyde Warren Park. All levels of yoga experience are welcome to attend the class to perform sun salutations. Bring a friend, and get ready to start your Saturday right!

Come to the opening of Shannon Canning’s Triggered exhibit at Cris Worley Fine Art.  This gallery will be available for viewing from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Her colorful displays with plastic guns face gun culture and its complexities in America.

This Saturday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Artist Joel Murray will guide workshop in live figure-drawing and still life drawings at Dallas Contemporary. This free class will give artists the opportunity to create with live models. Although some materials are included, feel free to bring your own sketching supplies as well.
