We are always looking for great agents to join our team and work with buyers.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- At least 2 years of college, preferably a 4 year degree in a business field.
- Available full time
- Real Estate License
We distinguish ourselves as being at the top of our industry, and even our unlicensed assistants are more knowledgeable than 90% of the agent out there (unfortunately). Our leaning towards college educated agents is more of a screening measure to attract above average agents. Anybody can get a license, so that alone isn't enough.
If you have been in the business for at least several years with a strong track record of success, of course we would not hold a lack of a college degree against you.

The reason most agents first starting out don't make much money is because they tend to sign on with large brokerages that have recognizable names and will hire anybody who applies. They provide lousy training, no leads, and charge "desk fees" to make money on non-producing agents.
We have buyers calling on our listings every day from all over Texas. As for training, there isn't that much training needed if you start with a licensed candidate who has common sense and some business experience. A personality and social skills are assets as well.
We don't hire just anybody, but those we do make substantial incomes.
