Memory Keybox Deposit: $50 (refundable)
Electronic Memory Keyboxes are available in DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Central Texas, Tyler, Corpus Christi, College Station, Highland Lakes & El Paso. Flat Fee Listing: $495
Includes Showcase Home listing on Realtor.com complete with 12 digital photos, extended description, a headline, and Virtual Tour link (if you ordered a Virtual Tour). Also includes a sign and the use of electronic memory keybox ($50 refundable deposit required) where available, or combination keybox. Showing service (CSS) is included where available (DFW, Houston, San Antonio & McAllen).
Note: Showcase also includes photos on MLS. Limits are as follows:
DFW, Austin & San Antonio: 10
Houston: 12
All others: 8
Flat Fee Listing with Full Representation: $995
Includes all features of $495 listing above PLUS we will advise and represent you in all contract and repair negotiations and complete all necessary paperwork, like a good 6% agent would.
Virtual Tour Package: $200
Includes a minimum of 5 Panoramic Virtual Tour scenes. The Virtual Tour company sends their photographer to take the photos. At least 12 still photos are also included that can be used for your Showcase and MLS. See sample of a Virtual Tour
Professional Photographer: $100
We send a professional photographer to your home to take the still photos for your Showcase Home Listing. (You can save this $100 & get professional results yourself if you read our Photo Guide.)
Full Representation Upgrade: $500
We advise and represent you in all contract and repair negotiations and complete all necessary paperwork. Cost is a one-time fee of $500 per buyer. If you upgrade before you get an offer, the representation applies to all offers for the duration of the listing. (NOTE: This is already included in the $995 "Flat Fee Listing with Full Representation" option above.)
Secondary Listing - Same Property: $250
This can apply to adding a second MLS area or adding a "For Lease" listing.
Many areas of Texas are served by two MLS systems, and some agents may belong to one and not the other. When a property is in such an overlapping area, it's a good idea to enter your listing in both MLS systems to make sure all agents will have access to your listing in their MLS.
A Secondary Listing also applies when you already have your property listed with us For Sale, and you want to add a separate "For Lease" listing.
