Steps to list your home in MLS |

Step 1
The process generally starts with the payment, so that items such as your keybox and sign can be shipped out while you are working on your paperwork. UPS cutoff is after 3pm, so we can normally get your items to you the following business day if we receive your payment before 3pm.
You can Make Payment online on our secure server. You will be taken to our order page where you can select the services you want. When you are done, you will be taken back to this page.
Step 2
Please print, complete, and sign the following 4 forms:
1. Creekview Realty Listing Agreement Term is 6 months unless otherwise agreed, and it begins the day you fax us the paperwork. You may cancel any time.
2. Listing Information Form This is the form that supplies us with all the details about your property to enter it into the MLS system properly. Every MLS has it's own format, so please select the correct form for your MLS area:
3. Information About Brokerage Services State law requires agents to give this form to all new clients to inform them about agency law in Texas. You simply sign this single page form and fax it back to us so we have proof we complied with the law.
4. Seller's Disclosure Notice Sellers are required to supply this disclosure notice to buyers in Texas. Agents frequently ask for this notice, so we attach it to your listing so agents have quick access to it and you won't have to fax it constantly.
Step 3
Fax the forms to the fax number on the top of the Listing Agreement (972-881-9955).
Step 4
Email us your property description for MLS, and property directions if applicable (complete instructions and email address are on the last page of every Listing Information form). The property description for your Realtor.com Showcase Listing is not limited in length like the MLS description, so you may provide a more comprehensive description for your Showcase.
Step 5
Email us at least 6 digital photos (preferably 10). If you don't have them yet, but you want to hurry and get listed, we can add them later. However, Houston MLS and College Station MLS require 6 photos within 5 days of listing; Austin, San Antonio, and DFW require 1 photo within 3 days of listing, and Highland lakes requires 3 photos within 3 days of listing. To get the best photos and avoid problems, please read the Photo Guide before you take the photos (this will save you time in the long run).
Timing: If we have your paperwork prior to 3pm on any weekday, we can enter your listing into the MLS that same day. It will be in the MLS database for all agents to see the moment we finish entering it.
It takes 2-5 days for your listing to appear on Realtor.com, at which time we create your Showcase Home listing. (So you have a few days after faxing us your paperwork before we actually need your photos and description for Realtor.com.)
